Shipping policy

Orders placed for portable grills, accessories or small parts will ship the same day if placed before 2pm. Smokers and BBQ Pits ship LTL, so freight arrangements will have to be arranged, then the item will be picked up. This process can take 1-2 days. Upon LTL shipments going out, you will be contacted by the company you selected to transport your smoker to make further delivery arrangements.
